I had then received a call from a different employee a few days later saying that the instrument had been fixed and I wasn't given the exchange like I was told. When I went in to NEMC to get the saxophone repaired on MaI was told by a female employee that since I've been bringing the saxophone in for the same issue for such a long period of time I would be eligible for an exchange. I have had to bring it in for leak repairs frequently and even once I have taken the instrument to be repaired it would only work a couple of weeks or maybe a month at most before it had to be fixed again.
I've been renting a saxophone from this company for my daughter for almost 4 years and have constantly had issues with it.
